  • Applications seeking greater provision from an estate under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975

We are able to act for you if the estate concerned is based in England and Wales or the deceased was living in England and Wales.  We regret that we are unable to assist with claims based in other jurisdictions, such as Scotland or Northern Ireland
