• A claim against a surveyor who had failed to identify signs of cracking in our client’s home, a listed building. Further investigation would have shown that it resulted from serious defects in the property’s timber frame. Our clients recovered the cost of substantial repairs.
• A claim against an architect’s project manager where actions resulted in an air handling system being incorrectly positioned in a restaurant. We recovered a six figure sum in compensation for our clients, the restaurant owners.
