Our professional negligence team has conducted a number of claims against architects and project managers.

For example we recently recovered a six figure compensation sum for clients whose project manager’s actions resulted in the incorrect positioning of an air handling system on their restaurant premises.

Our professional negligence expertise is also put to good effect in advising architects not only in relation to legal issues but also on how best to avoid negligence claims. We regularly give seminars to members of the Royal Institute of British Architects.
